The engagement of CIVILBRICK Engineering Services shall commence upon the acceptance of the proposal or contract by the Client and shall continue until the completion of the agreed-upon services.
The Company shall perform its services in accordance with the specifications outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any changes to the specifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees as specified in the project proposal or contract. Payment shall be made in installments as outlined in the payment schedule. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of its services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the services.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

The information collected is used for the sole purpose of providing and improving our civil engineering services. This includes communication with clients, project management, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
